A couple of American IPA's

Over the last couple of weeks I have had a couple of IPA's from the USA, I think that I will give IPA a miss for a few weeks.  By the way, it was not because these beers were from the USA, I am just sick of too much hops.

Anchor Brewing, Anchor IPA from the USA

 

6.5% gold colour with a thin head, a strong beer but with slightly too much hop, shame that.

Shipyard Brewing Company, American IPA from the USA

 

5.0% gold colour with a thin head, hop aroma and taste, time for a rest I think.
