I have been looking back at my older photos and found these photos that I took of packs of beers, they are all Belgian and all very good. I would think that they were all bought in Belgium as well.
Grimbergen, Blond from Belgium
6.7%, gold in colour with a thin head, sweet aroma and fruity malty taste, a really nice abbey beer, one of my favourites, plus two free beers in this pack.
Chimay, Chimay Red or Première from Belgium
7.0% deep red colour with a good head, fruity malt aroma, smooth fruity malt taste. It says Brune on the bottle but is known as Chimay Red
Van Honsebrouck, Kasteel Triple from Belgium
11% gold in colour with a good head, the aroma is sweet alcohol and fruitcake, taste is sweet fruits, I like this beer very much but only drink it occasionally, a bit too strong for everyday use.
If you know me or of me, you will know I like beer. Over the last few years I have been collecting photos of every new beer I have.
I now have over 2,000 individual beers photographed and have realised that many beers that I assumed I have photos of, I haven't.

This blog will be therefore be an account of my quest for new beers to photo and how I enjoyed them (or not).

Ayinger Beers
Had a couple of German beers from the same company recently.
Ayinger, Lager Hell from Germany
4.9% gold in colour with a thin head, a pretty normal aroma and taste for a lager but it wasn't full of hops like many new beers.
Ayinger, Altbairisch Dunkel from Germany
5.0% deep amber in colour with a nice head, malty aroma and the taste was a thin malt but nice.
