It was our birthdays over the last couple of weeks and although most things went wrong over this time, we did manage to have a few new beers.
Fyne Ales, Vital Spark from Scotland
4.4% deep brown in colour with a nice head, fruit and malt aroma, the taste is a slightly watery malt.
Electric Bear, Howdy Ho from England
5.1% brown in colour with a nice head, not mutch aroma, the taste was interesting but ok.
Durham, Black Bishop from England
4.1% almost black in colour with a good head, nicee stout aroma and a slightly fizzy but nice stout taste.
Great Heck, Mercy from England
4.0% gold colour with a nice head, it was one of those hoppy beers, too hoppy for me.
Sonnet 43, The Raven Bourbon Milk Stout from England
4.3% black in colour with nice head, nice sweet aroma and a good sweet but stout taste.
If you know me or of me, you will know I like beer. Over the last few years I have been collecting photos of every new beer I have.
I now have over 2,000 individual beers photographed and have realised that many beers that I assumed I have photos of, I haven't.

This blog will be therefore be an account of my quest for new beers to photo and how I enjoyed them (or not).
