Went away for a couple of days to Lincolnshire followed by a couple of days in Peterborough, although I did not have any new beers in Peterborough and I left before the motorhome show started. Anyway although the beer and food at the Rose & Crown site was good, the site itself left a lot to be desired, see the link.
Patron Saints Ale from England
4.5% amber in colour with a good head, it had a nice malt/hop aroma and taste and was the best of the beers I had.
Tom Wood's, Hop Bunny Hop from England
4.4% amber in colour with a nice head, malt aroma and a malt and hop taste, ordinary but not bad.
Tom Wood's, Imp Stout from England
4.8% black in colour with a nice head, it had a nice stout aroma and taste and it was not too bad.
